Glinda then appears and tells Dorothy she had the power to return home all along by clicking her ruby slippers together and saying, “There’s no place like home.”

Dorothy wakes up in her bed in Kansas, surrounded by her family and friends. She realizes that her journey to Oz may have been a dream, but she carries its lessons with her, declaring, “There’s no place like home.”
